Contributing 15 years experience in Real Estate Sales, Development and Property Management. Class A Multifamily Apartments, Mixed Use, New Construction, Residential Resale, HOA Management, Project Management and Commercial Leases. Having led Project Management and Property Management for the New Construction of three environmentally advanced, multi million dollar, (PUD) communities on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and Delaware. These projects pioneered a new business model featuring a mix of single family, townhome, and villa products for sale and lease. Working with Site Engineers and Construction Managers, from excavation to final sale or lease.
Early in his career Calvin worked with children and adults with developmental differences for 6 years. Championed job placements and social integration for adults at local businesses, libraries, government agencies and national retailers. Supporting families navigating new IEPs for their children. Specializing in assisting Autistic children with socialization. Building lasting relationships that has improved the quality of life for everyone involved.
Co-coordinating with his wife Kerry-Ann and the smart sacks program in Montgomery County for eight years. Helping to fight food insecurity for students and underserved families. Partnering with Manna Food, assisting in the packing and delivery of over 35k meals to students and their families in Montgomery County between (2015-2022). Served as head of the Parent Association at Sandy Spring Friends School (2017-2018) and associate of the Building and Grounds committee for The Gunston School in (2024).
In 2020 Calvin incorporated FarmerSeeds 4 the Soul Inc, a 501c3 non profit organization in response to the Global Pandemic. During this unprecedented hour of need for so many around the world. Locally FarmerSeeds stepped up and coordinated the distribution of hundreds of critical essentials to shelters, re-entry programs and other organizations in the Washington Metro Area. Partnering with City of Light Church, DC Fridge Collective, the Capital Area Food Bank, and DC Natives to distribute over 20 tons of food to vulnerable seniors and impacted families in MD and DC.
Calvin values spending time with his family, go-go music, traveling, live sporting events and entertaining close friends and family.

Her background includes strategic planning, team building, multifamily site operations, residential resale, new home construction, and multifamily asset disposition and development. Kerry-Ann is also a policy-enthusiast with a background in Government and Politics.
Kerry-Ann’s hands-on experience, including owning and operating a successful real estate brokerage firm and currently third party managing over 1100 units, provides her with a deep understanding of the industry. Her commitment to customer service and strategic approach to problem-solving are invaluable assets as a board member.
Throughout her career, Kerry-Ann has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and inspire teams, improve processes, and achieve results. Her dedication to excellence and collaborative spirit make her an ideal addition to any organization. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica and raised in Silver Spring, MD.In her free time, she enjoys traveling, savoring delicious meals, and spending quality time with her family.
Sherry Henry, a visionary leader with over two decades of experience in human capital management, fundraising, and project management, currently serves as CEO of HabCenter Boca Raton, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering adults with developmental differences and mental health challenges through comprehensive services that foster independence and dignity. A proud graduate of Leadership Boca, Class of 2023, Sherry has enhanced her leadership skills through community-focused projects. She has been a dedicated volunteer with Habitat for Humanity for over ten years, supporting their Women Build campaign, and also volunteers with the Nat King Cole Generation Hope Foundation, raising funds for music education for students with financial need.
Prior to her tenure at HabCenter, she excelled as a seasoned executive, driving financial growth and operational excellence at a local university. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Psychology from Lynn University. Recognized for her transformative impact, Sherry received the 2024 Nonprofit Game Changer Award from South Florida Business & Wealth for her commitment to community service and empowerment. Her efforts consistently demonstrate her dedication to making a positive impact and inspiring change in her community, fostering unlimited potential and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Edward Wright III is a devoted father, husband, and accomplished business owner whose life is rooted in resilience, commitment, and a deep passion for serving his community. Born and raised in Maryland, with over a decade of experience as a licensed electrician and home improvement contractor. Edward is the owner of Wright Choice Contracting, LLC, where he is known for providing high-quality residential and commercial services across the DMV area. His company is also renowned for offering 24-hour emergency services, emphasizing his dedication to his clients’ needs at all times.
Beyond his professional achievements, Edward is deeply invested in empowering others, particularly single fathers. As a father of three, he actively works to support struggling single dads through his involvement with Dads United, a Baltimore-based organization that helps provide employment strategies, youth engagement, and job placement services to single fathers, so they can build stable, thriving lives for themselves and their children.
